Tools move fast. I’ll never hand you to a machine.
You’ve probably been told to “just use AI” for your search. Maybe you’ve tried, and the resume came out sounding like everyone else’s. Here’s where I land on it. AI is good at the busywork. Drafting a first pass, tightening a bullet, sorting through a job description. It’s fast, and I use it, because your time matters and the grunt work shouldn’t eat your week.
What it can’t do is sit across from a hiring manager and know what they’re really asking. It can’t tell which version of your story is true to you and still lands in the room. It doesn’t know what made me put one resume in the yes pile and skim past another in six seconds. That’s thirty years of pattern recognition, and no tool has it.

I work side by side with you, building a strategy together, so you understand what’s really being asked underneath the question and you can answer it honestly, without reaching for a script. That’s my ex-recruiter superpower.

The day together.
We build your resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter in one focused day. You’re in the room the whole time, and you sign off as we go. Nothing is ghostwritten in a vacuum.

When the day ends, I don’t disappear. You keep a direct line to me on WhatsApp or Teams for two full weeks, for the real-time questions that come up once you’re back out there.
